Research Interests:  James' research interests focus on the impact small arms proliferation has upon the quality of human capital and economic development.  

Bachelor's (2004) University of Oklahoma in International Business.  James is a graduate assistant for the School of International and Area Studies at the University of Oklahoma.  He is scheduled to complete his Master's in International and Area Studies in May of 2006.  James is currently working with Dr. Grillot on projects concerning container security, small arms export controls and small arms and public health.  James is also responsible for maintaining the CSAR website.
