Small Arms Control Measures

Small Arms Export Controls in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe

This project will study the existence and utilization of export controls in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe.  Specifically, the project will identify the different measures utilized to help control the transnational flow of small arms.  Ultimately, this project will seek to create a quantifiable measurement of the existence and strength of national export controls in Central, Eastern and Southeastern European states.   

 

Port Container Security and Small Arms

This project will study container security in the world's busiest commercial ports.  Specifically, this project will focus on the methods used by small arms traders to exploit weaknesses in international container security.  This project will also provide an outline of the necessary adjustments needed to diminish such illicit activities.
