Mental Health Aspects of Small Arms Violence

This project will study the connection between small arms proliferation and violence.  Specifically, the project will examine the lasting effects small arms violence has upon the mental health of its victims.  This research will bring together experts from both the public health field and the international security field. 
 

First Responders and Small Arms

This project will study the impact small arms proliferation has upon the ability of first responders to function effectively after disasters.  This project will bring together public health experts, emergency medical technicians, medical professionals and international security scholars to pursue a comprehensive understanding of the events following a disaster, and the impact small arms have upon the ability of first responders.
